Carracho is an intra- and internet application which allows you to chat, send messages, and transfer files with other Carracho users on a Carracho server. This does not mean it supports FTP, IRC, and NNTP., nor is it a plug-in for your web browser. Carracho is stand-alone application which uses its own communications protocol to communicate with a Carracho server. Although Carracho has a lot of things in common with Hotline, it is not a Hotline Clone. Hotline and Carracho use two entirely different protocols and you can not use a Carracho to connect to a Hotline server or Hotline to connect to a Carracho server.
